This production line is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment covering precision machining, heat treatment and comprehensive inspection, establishing a complete closed-loop manufacturing system.
The core processing stage adopts Walter five-axis tool grinders to achieve high-precision forming of complex tools, supplemented by Balzers coating furnaces for surface strengthening to enhance durability, and is equipped with general machining centers to satisfy the precision manufacturing requirements of various steel products.
To ensure stringent quality control, the production line integrates professional tool inspection equipment including Walter tool measuring machines, ZOLLER and KELCH tool setters. It is also furnished with Austrian Alicona 3D measuring instruments, Keyence vision measuring systems and Hexagon coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), enabling three-dimensional precision measurement from micro-topography to macro-dimensions.
In addition, post-processing processes such as double-end grinding, peripheral grinding and wet sandblasting further ensure exceptional dimensional accuracy and surface finish of workpieces, demonstrating high-standard, automated modern precision manufacturing capabilities.
